Are you overwhelmed with Apps and services

We all know the line, "there's an app for that!"  In a society that is ruled by apps and online services that can cater to almost anything in our lives, it is easy to become overwhelmed with what to use,  where to turn, etc.    Even trying a new anything requires you to enter an email address and fill out a form so that they can send crap to your email address.  Now you have hours of going thru emails that really aren't important, even you think that are.  So you make another email address to receive all of these spam type communiqué from companies you don't care about.  You know that you aren't going to check it, so they stay there, clogging up the servers.  Where is the good solution?  Leave your thoughts down below.
